Split-Case Pumps for a Middle Eastern Power Station

T-T fabricated, tested, and supplied six heavy-duty NSC horizontal Split-Case pumps, each paired with a 15kW Siemens motor for a process engineering company in the Middle East. These pumps were designed to meet the specific requirements of a power station's water supply system, ensuring reliable, long-term operation in harsh environmental conditions.
T-T was tasked with supplying high-capacity, durable pumps for use within a power station’s water supply system in the Middle East. The pumps, which each had a capacity of 100m³/h, a head of 35m, and a speed of 1480rpm, were selected due to their suitability for heavy-duty applications in power plants.
To meet the demands of this project, T-T manufactured six NSC horizontal Split-Case pumps, each paired with a 15kW Siemens motor running on 380V power. The set was designed to operate efficiently in demanding conditions, providing consistent water supply to the power station. The pumps’ performance was thoroughly tested to ensure that they could handle the operational requirements.
Customisation and Manufacturing Process
T-T’s comprehensive service for this project included designing and fabricating custom base plates and guards for each pump set. These were necessary to ensure proper integration between the motor and pump. T-T’s team carefully aligned the motors and pumps to achieve seamless, reliable operation.
Testing and Packaging
After fabrication and alignment, the pumps underwent extensive testing to ensure they met the specified requirements for flow, head, and efficiency. Once testing was successfully completed, the pump sets were carefully boxed to meet export packaging standards for the Middle East. The packaging ensured that the pumps would arrive at their destination in perfect condition, ready for installation.

In addition to delivering the pumps, T-T provided the customer with ten years' worth of spare parts and tools, ensuring that the pumps would be well-maintained throughout their operational life.
