T-T Works with Marks & Spencer on Major Distribution Centre Project

T-T is proud to announce its involvement in the development of the new 167,667m² Marks & Spencer distribution centre in Castle Donington. Selected to commission four pumping stations for the project, T-T provided a complete package of equipment and expertise to ensure the successful completion of this large-scale facility.
With the ability to manage projects from a single source, T-T supplied a comprehensive range of products, including pumps, valves, ancillary equipment, and advanced control systems. This all-in-one approach streamlined the process and ensured efficient and effective operation of the pumping stations.
The new Marks & Spencer distribution warehouse is built on the site of the former Castle Donington Power Station, which was demolished in 1996. In line with sustainability initiatives, materials from the substructure, bases, and foundations were crushed and recycled into the new development, with 27,000m³ of concrete being repurposed for the build. The result is a state-of-the-art, 900,000 sq ft distribution hub designed to support the retail giant’s logistics operations.
With over 60 years of expertise, T-T has a proven track record in sewage and drainage solutions across various sectors, including housing developments, hotels, care homes, hospitals, schools, and universities.
