T-T Unveils New Bespoke Test Rig to Enhance Quality Assurance

T-T is proud to announce a significant upgrade to its on-site workshop in Cheshire with the addition of a state-of-the-art test rig, designed and manufactured in-house by our team of skilled engineers.

This new bespoke testing facility is tailored to meet T-T’s specific requirements, enabling us to conduct full hydraulic and operational mode tests in a controlled environment. With this upgrade, we can ensure that only products meeting our rigorous quality standards leave our facility.

Constructed from durable stainless steel, the test rig is ideal for testing potable water equipment, including our WRAS-approved pumps, valves, and Hidro Boost® clean water-boosting sets. This expansion builds on our existing clean water testing capabilities, further enhancing our ability to provide top-quality solutions for our clients.

The facility also enables testing of bespoke products fabricated by T-T, guaranteeing that every product meets our strict quality assurance standards.
