How the palpack works
- Water rises and reaches a high level pin on the Watervole
- This signals the Waterguard to start pumping
- When water levels fall below the Watervole’s low level pin, the Waterguard starts a countdown, allowing the PuddlePal® to pump down to 1mm before switching the pump off
- The cycle repeats, automatically keeping your basements, cellars, flat roofs and home dry.

How does the PalPack operate automatically?
The PalPack uses a level sensor to detect rising water. When water reaches a set level, the pump automatically starts and continues until the water is reduced to as little as 1mm. The system then switches off and repeats the cycle as needed, providing hands-free protection against flooding.
Can the PalPack pump handle dirty water or solids?
The PuddlePal® pump in the PalPack is designed primarily for clear or slightly dirty water. It can handle small particulates and is ideal for nuisance water removal from flat surfaces, but it is not intended for heavy solids or sewage applications.
What is the minimum water level the PalPack can pump down to?
The PuddlePal® pump can pump out water as low as 1mm which is perfect in terms of flat surfaces like floors, roofs and basements where one needs to have all the water removed.
What power options are available for the PalPack?
The PalPack is available in single-phase (110V, 230V) and three-phase (400V) versions, with output options of 0.4 kW and 0.75 kW. This flexibility allows it to be used in a wide range of environments.
