Cri-Man PTS 40 Series - Submersible Chopper Pump
The PTS 40 is a series of heavy-duty submersible chopper pumps, designed for particularly demanding applications that require preliminary chopping of the solid material suspended in the liquid being pumped.

- Double chopping system – the first two blades are comprised of chrome steel, the second are made of cast iron; both materials are treated for additional hardness
- Multi-channel impeller configuration vastly reduces the chance of blockages and benefits from enhanced hydraulic performance
- Highly efficient hydraulics, designed to conform with UNI EN ISO 9906 Standard
- Double mechanical shaft seal constructed from silicon carbide and graphite-ceramic, providing corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, self-lubricating qualities and minimal friction losses
- Thermal probe sensors to prevent motor overheating
- Automatic or manual operation
- Available with a 1ph or 3ph motor
- Horizontal and vertical discharge options
