Welline - TPU Hose
The T-T Welline™ TPU Hose is a durable, high-performance layflat riser hose designed for submersible pump installations. Made from NSF61-approved polyurethane and high tenacity synthetic yarn, it offers a seamless, adhesive-free construction that resists corrosion, chemicals, and mechanical wear. Lightweight and easy to handle, it ensures fast installation, minimal maintenance, and long service life—even in harsh or irregular environments.

- High-Performance Materials: Made with NSF61-certified PU from BASF and virgin high tenacity yarn.
- Seamless Construction: Entirely embedded PU compound; no glues or adhesives used.
- Reinforced Design: Circular woven polyester jacket with additional PU strip for supporting electrical cables and accessories.
- Operating temperature: -50°C to 80°C.
- Length Options: Available in 100m (330ft), 200m (660ft), and 300m (990ft), with custom lengths offered.
- Corrosion & Chemical Resistant: Unaffected by seawater, hydrocarbons, oils, alkalis, acids, and greases.
