V-Flow Range (EExd IIB T4)
V-Flow submersible sewage pumps have a vortex-type impeller for excellent solids passage, avoidance of blockages and the ability to handle fibrous material, also incorporating an explosion-proof motor as standard (suitable for use in Zone 1 - hazardous gas areas).
These pumps are ideal for pumping water and other liquids, with uses in sewage, effluent and drainage pumping. Available with a selection of motor/impeller combinations, enabling flexibility to match specific application and performance requirements.
Please Note: A stand will be required for freestanding, please see our pump stands. Appropriate stand for V-Flow - PBS/E100-0012/A

ATEX Submersible Pump for Hazardous Sewage Applications
This V-Flow range is an ATEX submersible pump solution specifically designed for hazardous environments where explosive gases may be present. With an EExd IIB T4 explosion-proof motor and Zone 1 rating, it offers a safe and dependable choice for sewage, effluent and fibrous material handling in classified areas.
As an ATEX submersible pump with a robust cast-iron construction and a double mechanical seal in an oil bath, the V-Flow series is engineered for long service life and reduced risk of unplanned downtime. The vortex impeller provides excellent 100mm solids passage to minimise blockages, while options such as auto-coupling and leak detection enhance maintainability and monitoring in critical installations.
Ideal for sewage pumping stations, effluent handling and drainage in industrial sites, the V-Flow ATEX submersible pump combines safety compliance with strong hydraulic performance. Multiple motor and impeller combinations allow the pump to be matched to duty requirements, giving designers and operators flexibility when specifying equipment for Zone 1 hazardous gas areas.
